Customer Service- I have been extremely impressed with the customer service from Invisacook. Everyone I have dealt with has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Ben is amazing and helped me thru all the questions from both myself and my contractor. The Product- I honestly didn't realize how much I would love having Invisacook until I started using it. It is SO convenient and, surprisingly, I actually find it easier to cook on than my traditional stovetop. I have a stovetop in my kitchen, and I barely use it anymore because the Invisacook is just that easy. I can cook right on my countertop, and when I'm finished, I simply wipe the counter clean. No burners, grates, or little crevices to clean around. That alone has been a game changer for me. I originally went with the two-burner system because I didn't have enough electrical capacity to go with the five-burner. If I could have the option between a typical stove top versus a large invisacook it would be hands down an invisacook. The reaction I get from people is probably my favorite part. Every time someone sees it in person, they are fascinated. They are genuinely in awe when I show them that I'm cooking right on the countertop and then explain that the technology is underneath the surface. It is one of those things that you really have to see and use to appreciate. I also think Invisacook is going to become a huge trend as kitchen design continues to move toward more concealed and integrated appliances. We're already seeing more and more appliances hidden and being built into cabinetry, Instead of having a traditional stovetop interrupting the look of a beautiful countertop, you can have a completely clean, uninterrupted surface when you're not cooking. I really believe concealed cooking is going to become a major part of high-end kitchen design. Invisacook is ahead of that trend, and I think it's going to be a huge hit. Porcelain Slab Options- Another thing I really appreciate is the ability to choose from so many beautiful porcelain slab options.. There are so many beautiful porcelain options that allow you to get a high end look without spending an outrageous amount of money. At first I searched on the invisacook site links that contained options such as Dekton, Neolithic etc., and didn't see many options I liked or that were affordable for the amount of slabs I needed, however after researching alternatives I found so many beautiful options that met the requirements and price point for my budget. I got my porcelain slab (12m) from Arizona Tile (Travertino Bone Matte), It was a fraction of the price from the others and absolutely beautiful. If you are considering Invisacook, do it!!!
