So far, I have to say that I’m a little unsatisfied with my Invisacook system. First and foremost, at the end of each cooking session, the countertop becomes extremely hot—so hot that it is impossible to touch. This is nothing like what I understood from the advertising. I was specifically sold on the idea that the countertop would not become dangerously hot after cooking. However, your advertisements do not show what happens at the end of the cooking process when the cookware is removed. Another major issue is that the panel constantly beeps and displays an “E” error, sometimes forcing me to shut the system off completely. I cook frequently, and it is extremely frustrating and inconvenient to have my cooking interrupted because of repeated error codes. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the conflicting information I have received from your company. One person has told me that the countertop getting hot and the behavior I am experiencing are normal, while another representative has suggested that the cookware is causing the errors. I have already tried multiple different types of cookware, and I continue to experience the same issues. Another major frustration is that there is no technician available to come to my residence to inspect the system and determine what is actually wrong. When you invest this much money into a built-in cooking system, I would expect the company to have technical support available to come out and properly diagnose the installation and equipment. Instead, I am left trying different cookware and troubleshooting the system myself without knowing whether the problem is with the unit, the installation, the cookware, or something else. I understand that induction cooking can have certain limitations, but this is not what I expected based on how Invisacook was marketed. I purchased the system expecting the countertop to remain safe to touch after cooking, and I did not expect to constantly deal with error codes that interrupt cooking. I really hope Invisacook can address these issues and provide a clear, consistent explanation of what is actually happening. At this point, I feel that the product does not perform the way it was represented in the advertising, particularly regarding how hot the countertop becomes after cooking, the repeated error codes, and the lack of in-home technical support to diagnose the problem.

We love our three-burner Invisacook unit! I've never seen a pot of water boil so fast. My only regret is that we should have gotten the five burner unit! I recommend the cookware as well, although any induction cookware will work. Communication and service have been excellent.
